“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink…Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
- Matthew 25:35, 40 -
The Ball Chatham Food Pantry (BCFP) garden, located near the northeast corner of Chatham Presbyterian Church, was constructed in 20XX by a local boy scout as his Eagle Scout project. Both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are involved in the maintenance, planting and harvesting of the garden. The garden has provided fresh tomatoes, green beans, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, fresh herbs and other produce for pantry clients during the growing season and provides an opportunity for scouts to earn merit badges.
